Ordered a product in May which I immediately cancelled as I remembered too late that the same product was never delivered in 2021. They acknowledged cancellation and said refund would follow. Despite numerous emails and promises I have still not received my £127

** FAKE BUSINESS ALERT** Dodgy / non-existant business. Purchased 2x conditioners. No receipt, no notice of the transaction. Cannot contact the company. Am now having to logde a visa dispute to get a refund.

I have used this site a few times over the past few years and had no problems but my order in February didn't arrive and after 4 weeks they said they had none in stock and it will arrive soon. April I asked for a refund to which they agreed. I continue to email every 2 weeks and they reply saying "oh sorry, we will look into it now and prioritise your refund" but still nothing. I last asked if a credit note would be better so I can just order something else and haven't had a reply to that email. TERRIBLE!! They have stolen £91 off me and other people too by the looks of these terrible reviews.

I'd give Zest zero stars if I could. I ordered a product. They said it would take 2 weeks. After 2 months, it still had not shown up so I canceled the order. They said it would take a month to refund me. It has been 3 months. This company is taking money and scamming people. They stopped responding to my emails as well.

Would give zero stars if option existed. Buyers please beware - Zest takes your payment immediately, you receive no email correspondence following an order placed, (I had to check my bank account to make sure I'd not imagined placing the order), and then "up to 7 working days later" was told that the Ultrasun Family 400ml sun cream wasn't even in stock at the time of paying for it, and that they HOPED to get more in stock in 2 weeks! And to top it all off, my refund will take a minimum of 2 weeks. BUYERS BEWARE. Clearly a dodgy company.

I ordered some tinted sunscreen from Zest Beauty. When it didn't arrive I emailed asking for a refund. I am still waiting a month later. A Companies House search shows the company as "dissolved". Yet they are listed as "active" by a company called Crunchbase. There seems to be something odd about Zest Beauty

Products not delivered, refund ignored for 6 months. Awful experience.

I want rate 0 stars as money was taken and never got my order or money back. Ordered in February now 5 months since. Need report this company for scam.

This is terrible. I placed an order since May 2022.. and it is July 2022 now! I haven’t receive my order yet.

Awful! Ordered 4 weeks ago - messaged consistently nothing - demanded refund which they agreed to today and says it will take 14 days to process - shocking on all levels ! So wish I had read the reviews - always keen to support smaller businesses - sadly experiences like this drive you back to the larger suppliers who delivered with product next day at same price - what a shame !

Absolute rubbish as a company. Twice I have ordered my favourite hairspray from them and twice my order has failed to arrive. At least the refunded my money when I asked for it - hoping they will do so again this time. I won't be using them again!

I too ordered an item which seemed to be taking for ever to arrive. Asked for a refund which they agreed and two months on refund has still not arrived.

Tried to buy from these crooks in February, never received the item. Cancelled order after waiting 2 months and requested refund. Still waiting for my money to be returned after repeated requests! Avoid!

2 weeks without order being dispatched so I cancelled the order. Still waiting on a refund 2 months later. Avoid like the plague
